ASHA Foundation   ASHA comes from the Sanskrit root meaning “eternal law,” “the inherent nature of existence.” In Avestan Persian the word ASHA means “the righteous way” and “divine justice.” In many languages it also means “hope.”

HOW TO HELP

PERSONAL DONATIONS

You can donate to ASHA via PayPal. Since ASHA expends little on administration, the maximum amount of funds are donated to the causes that ASHA supports.


CORPORATE DONATIONS

Besides monetary contributions, corporations can volunteer their services to facilitate ASHA's. Examples of corporate donations in the past include:

During an event to raise awareness for ASHA, Cobra Beer and Khans Restaurant donated refreshments for the attendees - over one thousand in all.

Both Air India and Qatar Airways have transported items that ASHA has donated to street children in India.

Lego has donated toys to send to children’s organisations that ASHA supports.

If you have skills or resources that you feel could assist ASHA in its work, we would like to hear from you.

Sarah Miles, the renowned actress performed a play at Harrow School and donated the proceeds to ASHA.

Valerie Mulcare-Tivey has used her skills as a medic to set up a mobile unit in Mumbai, teaching street children first aid and basic hygiene.

Clive Featherstone, a graphic designer, volunteered his skills to design t-shirts worn by supporters of ASHA Foundation at campaign events.
