Connie Jackson was born in
Washington DC on 5th June 1960. She was appointed Chief Executive of St.
Bartholomew’s & The Royal London Charitable Foundation in December
2003 and assumed the post in February 2004. Prior to coming to the United
Kingdom, Ms Jackson served as President & Chief Executive Officer
of TCA Health, Inc., a health and social care organisation in Chicago,
Illinois (USA).
With more than 15 years of experience in public finance
and real estate, Connie played significant roles in several public/private
development partnerships in positions with Credit Suisse First Boston,
the cities of Chicago and New York and Jones Lang LaSalle prior to joining
TCA. She is a graduate of Fisk University, with a BA in Economics. She
has a graduate diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics
and a MBA from Harvard University.
Connie is actively involved in several civic activities
including serving as a Trustee of the Charities Aid Foundation and a board
member of the Soup Kitchen of the American Church in London. She is a
Fellow of The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures
& Commerce (RSA).
