Ewa Maria Cherukuru

Born in Poland on 26th August, Ewa Maria Cherukuru is an international ballroom dancer. An economist by profession, Ewa danced from childhood and was trained by Professor Wiczysta, who started the ballroom dancing movement in Poland.

Ewa met her husband whilst he was studying metallurgy in Poland. She now trains students in India to compete in international ballroom dancing competitions and has choreographed for Indian cinema (not Bollywood). Renowned for her dancing and educational skills, she can tell if a person will be able to compete within two hours of seeing them dance.
