Holly Taylor Sargent is Senior
Associate Dean for Advancement and Senior Director for University Women’s
Initiatives at Harvard University. After serving for 15 years as the Senior
Associate Dean for Strategy and External Relations at Harvard University’s

for identifying and engaging new sources of principal gift support for
new and ongoing projects related to University priorities, with a particular
focus on the international community, non-Harvard individuals, and women.
Sargent serves on the board of directors of the Maine Bank and Trust Company
and the North Cambridge Family Opera. She is the founding director of
the Council of Women World Leaders. She is a 1978 graduate of Harvard
